You keep ownership of the tasting notes and other content you create. By saving content in the app, you give Whisky Diaries permission to store and display it as part of providing the service.

Please do not post anything illegal, abusive, or that infringes someone else's rights. Content that breaks these guidelines may be removed and accounts may be restricted or closed.

No guarantees

Whisky Diaries is provided "as is" without any guarantees about uptime, availability or accuracy of the information shown. Features may change or be removed over time.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated occasionally as the project evolves. If the changes are significant, a short note can be added in the app to let you know.

If you continue to use Whisky Diaries after any changes to these terms, that will be taken as acceptance of the updated terms.
